Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is an individualized engagement for leaders who want to work with a coach to enhance their effectiveness. The typical participant is preparing for or has taken on new roles, is expanding capacity to include new initiatives, or is addressing a derailer that is interfering with success.
Executive Team Coaching involves two or more individuals on a leadership or executive team. It starts with an assessment of what is working, opportunities for improvement, identification of the desired end result and a diagnosis to identify developmental options and next steps. The assessment is followed by an implementation phase during which the team and individuals execute learning actions plans.
Leadership Skill Building Programs
