Andrea Harden leverages over twenty years of experience in all aspects of human resources. As a consultant, she specializes in training and development particularly in the areas of leadership, team development, HR laws/harassment and diversity and inclusion. Prior to consulting, Andrea held senior HR positions at a healthcare system and in the industrial gases industry. Andrea completed her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources at the State University at New York at Buffalo. Andreas holds multiple nationally-recognized certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also certified as a trainer for Developmental Dimensions International (DDI) and is a Certified Organizational Engineer for I-OPT Assessment Tools.
