Aubrey Balcom, planning consultant, has provided executive leadership support in developing new business concepts, market research and data analysis at an organizational leadership level, primarily in the health care and health-related industries. He has supported numerous C-level executives at local organizations, both for profit and not for profit. He specializes in supporting organizations interested in exploring a new business product or service concept and the potential market viability. He brings experience and expertise with market research, competitive intelligence, data analysis and business planning. He has functioned as a planner and analyst in multiple diverse engagements including health insurance groups, health care providers, and health information technology systems and solutions providers.
He has provided strategic planning services that included new customer engagement strategies to increase health insurance clients in a retail setting and support the development of a health advisory services group within a national health information technology company, addressing client needs as they relate to the challenges faced under health care reform.
Aubrey holds an M.B.A from Niagara University, a Masters degree in Public Health, MPH from SUNY Buffalo, an M.A. in Economic Geography, Systems of Innovation from SUNY Buffalo, and a B.S. in Finance & International Management from SUNY Buffalo.
