Bonnie Hackford, program and career development specialist, has developed and facilitated training programs for over 20 years. She has designed and facilitated seminars, workshops, customized programs, brainstorming and creative problem solving sessions for a varied clientele that includes corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, healthcare, and non-profits. She works with individuals, large and small groups. Topics are current and relevant to today’s workplace. They include Generations in the Workplace, Dealing with Difficult People, basic supervisory skills, leadership and team development, change management, coaching, and interpersonal communication. Her style is interactive, engaging participants in the learning experience.
Bonnie started a consulting business in the 80’s, worked as the Associate Director of Management & Organizational Development and as the Sr. OD Consultant for the largest healthcare network in Buffalo. Most recently she was the Sr. Training Consultant for a worldwide manufacturing company. Currently, Bonnie is an independent consultant specializing in designing and facilitating leadership and management development programs, and is an adjunct program designer/facilitator for Cornell University, SUNY Buffalo and Villa Maria College. As a career development specialist she coaches clients in transition strategies.
Bonnie holds a BA in Communications from SUNY Buffalo, an A.A.S. from Erie Community College, studied instructional design at Rochester Institute of Technology, and is certified in Process Improvement Methods, Zenger-Miller Leadership Development, Developmental Dimensions International, Creative Problem Solving, Behavioral Interviewing, Situational Leadership, 360 Leadership Assessments, and Myers-Briggs (MBTI).
