Judith Gooch, Senior Consultant, is a Human Resource Professional with a concentration in Organization & Talent Development, with over 20 years of experience in training & development, succession planning, facilitation, change, coaching/mentoring, team assessments and six sigma/lean training. Over the course of her career she designed and facilitated a variety of domestic and international training workshops, seminars and customized leadership development programs. Judith has introduced and faciltiated creative brainstorming techniques, such as World Cafe and Appreciate Inquiry. Judith has a strong communication presence to facilitate focus groups at all levels across organizations. Judith has held several Senior HR positions in a variety of different industries such as: Financial Services, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy and Higher Education.
Judith earned her BS and Masters of Art in Organizational Leadership, both from Medaille College. Judith is certified in numerous leadership training programs and assessment tools.
