Linda Nenni, Esq. possesses over twenty years of experience advising healthcare and non-profit organizations, their governing boards, executive and medical staff leadership, providing business advice on general corporate and regulatory matters, governance, strategic planning, and risk management.
After seven years in private practice concentrating primarily on health law, Linda served from 1990 to 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Kaleida Health and its predecessor, Millard Fillmore Health System in Buffalo, New York. As General Counsel, Linda led the legal team that successfully merged four competing hospital systems.
Linda has served on numerous community and professional Boards over the last thirty years, including leadership roles as Chair, Planned Parenthood of Buffalo & Erie County, Vice-Chair of the International Institute of Buffalo and President of the Board of Neighborhood Legal Services.
She received the 1993 Achievement Award from the WNY Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and a 2001 Distinguished Alumni Award from the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association.
