Nancy Maloney has been a Healthcare Executive for over 22 years with expertise in operations, project management, change facilitation, strategic planning, program administration, fiscal management, process improvement and training/personnel development. Prior to joining HEALTHeLINK in 2010, Nancy has worked as a Consultant to the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Corporate Director for Network Management Support Services for Excellus Health Plan and the Administrator of Medical Affairs for Kaleida Health. Previously, she was responsible for a USAID grant to develop and implement a Cardiac surgery center in Tuzla, Bosnia, which culminated with the successful training of 100 physicians, 60 ancillary staff, a cardiac surgery suite, cardiac intensive care unit, and the first electrophysiology lab in Eastern Europe. She is a Program Director at Canisius College and Adjunct Faculty at D¹Youville. Ms. Maloney attended Rutgers College for Biology, undergraduate, then received a Bachelors in Health and Human Services and a Masters in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
