Rebecca Boyle is a Senior Consultant, Organization & Talent Development with over 20 years of experience as an effective communicator, facilitator, presenter, change agent and coach across organizational levels. Rebecca currently helps organizations develop leaders, faciltiate change and drive positive performance. She has implemented highly visible organizational improvement efforts and strategic initiatives. Rebecca possesses significant experience in leadership development, organization development, human resources, quality and performance improvement. Rebecca has worked in numerous industries including Healthcare, Insurance, Fiancne Services, Energy and Higher Education. Rebecca graduated with an MBA from Canisius College and a BA from William Smith College. She holds credentials of Senior Professional in Human Resources through HRCI and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. Rebecca is a certified facilitator for numerous programs and processes. She has twice been awarded the Staff-Volunteer Partnership Award from the Association for Talent Development and is a frequent speaker at their International Conference and Exhibition. In addition, Rebecca is the recipient of the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award from the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
